1. Order Processing

Once you place your order, our team gets to work preparing it for dispatch.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation after placing your order.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with the available tracking details.

Please note that order processing time is separate from the delivery time.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your VALKNOX order within up to 7 business days across India, after dispatch, under normal operating conditions.

  • Orders to metro cities may arrive sooner, depending on courier availability.

  • Deliveries to remote locations may take longer.

  • Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

We’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

3. Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD): A delivery fee applies to COD orders, as displayed at checkout.

Please review the final order amount before confirming your purchase.

4. Delivery Delays

We understand that you look forward to receiving your order, and we take that seriously.

While we work with courier partners to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays can happen due to weather conditions, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is delayed, please reach out to us. We’ll help you check the tracking status and guide you through the next steps.

5. Shipping Address & Contact Details

Please double-check your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number before placing your order.

Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delivery delays or prevent successful delivery. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll guide you on the available options, although address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

6. International Shipping

Currently, VALKNOX ships only within India.

We hope to make our products available internationally in the future. Any updates regarding international shipping will be shared through our official channels.
