NO REFUND POLICY

At Valknox, we follow a strict No Refund Policy. All purchases made through our website are final and non-refundable. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product details, size charts, and descriptions before placing an order.

CAPS (NO REFUND / NO EXCHANGE)

All cap purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

T-SHIRTS (SIZE EXCHANGE ONLY)

We offer size exchange only for t-shirts, subject to the following conditions: • Exchange is allowed only in case of size issues. • You must inform us within 5 hours of receiving the product. • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. • Customers are required to bear all delivery and reverse shipping charges for the exchange.

No exchanges will be accepted if the request is made after the 5-hour window or if the product does not meet the above conditions.
