1. Refund Policy — All Products

All purchases at VALKNOX are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed or delivered.

We kindly encourage you to review all product details carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about a size or fit, please reach out to us before placing your order. We will be happy to guide you.

2. Caps — No Refunds or Exchanges

Bhai, we want you to choose your cap carefully because all cap purchases are final.

Caps are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, including size or preference-related requests. We recommend checking the product details before confirming your purchase.

3. T-Shirts — Size Exchange Only

If your T-shirt doesn't fit the way you expected, don't worry — we understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky.

We offer size exchanges for T-shirts under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are available only for size-related issues.

  • The T-shirt must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • A ₹200 exchange charge applies per exchange request, covering reverse shipping and re-shipping.

  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size.

Please contact our team as soon as possible if you experience a sizing issue, and we will guide you through the next steps.

4. Jeans — Size Exchange Only

We want you to get the fit you're looking for. If your jeans have a size issue, you may request a size exchange under these conditions:

  • Exchanges are available only for size-related issues.

  • The jeans must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • A ₹300 exchange charge applies per exchange request, covering reverse shipping and re-shipping.

  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size.

Please make sure the jeans remain in their original condition until your exchange request has been reviewed.

5. Jackets — Size Exchange Only

We want your VALKNOX jacket to fit just right. If you face a sizing issue, you may request a size exchange under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are available only for size-related issues.

  • The jacket must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • The jacket must not have stains, perfume or deodorant marks, alterations, or other signs of wear.

  • A ₹300 exchange charge applies per exchange request, covering reverse shipping and re-shipping.

  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size.

Our team will guide you through the exchange process once your request has been reviewed.

6. Important Things to Keep in Mind

We want to keep everything fair and transparent for everyone, so please keep the following points in mind:

  • Refunds are not available on any product.

  • Size exchanges are available only for eligible T-shirts, jeans, and jackets.

  • Caps are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  • Exchange requests must be related to sizing, not a change of preference.

  • The applicable exchange charge must be paid before the exchange is processed.

  • Products that are used, washed, worn, altered, damaged, stained, or returned without their original tags will not qualify for an exchange.

  • All exchanges depend on the availability of the requested size.
